Store Manager

Location: Bridgewater, NJ

Safavieh is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Bridgewater galleryIf you believe you would be a great addition to our management team, please fill out the application online and we will be in contact. Responsibilities:

  • Meet revenue targets
  • Manage performance of current and future sales teams
  • Participate in inventory management such that sales/ inventory/ cash flow is optimized
  • To effectively manage the store/concession and ensure world class customer service.
  • Ensure product display and visual merchandising is at all times in accordance with the brand guidelines.
  • Manage operational budgets to ensure maximization of resources and cost controls. This includes management of third-party costs such as logistics, vendors, subcontractors and media.
  • To recommend product ranges and unique product requirements tailored to your specific location.
  • To prepare daily and monthly reports, including but not limited to submission of sales figures, inventory reports (dollars/units), replenishment stock orders, customer complaints/returns, logistic costs and local marketing engagements/opportunities.
  • To effectively communicate market place activity and submit recommendation for improved exposure of the product offering to customers specific to region.
  • Manage database of all past, existing and potential customers.
  • Ensure personalized service including order follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
  • Manage all gallery/concession staff to maximum motivation and ensure they adhere to brand guidelines and expectations.
  • Be product/ experience experts, remain up-to-date with latest information
  • Provide updates and information about activity in store that can be used for marketing purposes and learning across the global network.

Experience:

  • Leadership: 2 years (Required)
  • luxury retail: 3 years (Required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (Required)
  • Interior design: 2 years (Required)

Compensation

This position has a base salary and a great commission structure. We also offer great benefit package that includes: PTO, Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance. Employees receive a great discount on our products as well. 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000+ per year
