Entry Level Wholesale Coordinator, Home & Living

Leading global home & living brand, Safavieh, is seeking a proactive, personable and highly motivated Operations Coordinator to service its wholesale division. This position is located at Safavieh’s office in Port Washington, NY.  

This is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious, responsible, and detail-oriented self-starter with a passion for learning and interest in ecommerce and/or home furnishings and decor. The role involves supporting the Safavieh Europe division in the day-to-day administrative work, communication and management of  one of Safavieh’s largest ecommerce clients in Europe.  As this is an entry-level, full-time position the candidate will be provided with the basic foundation for a rewarding career in sales / account management.  




  • Assist the Sales team for ecommerce wholesale businesses by executing day-to-day administrative sales functions
  • Order processing, order maintenance and invoicing for all EU wholesale accounts
  • Provide timely financial, inventory and sales reports as requested
  • Communicate daily with ecommerce clients by providing customer service and support
  • Manage distribution of samples to buyers in a timely fashion
  • Manage and maintain the Safavieh product information catalog across select wholesale accounts
  • Multi-task multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping track of all deliverables and deadlines. Excellent follow-up and superior attention to detail  is critical to success in this role!
  • Must be able to meet expectations in a fast-paced professional office environment while staying organized and maintaining a high level of attention to detail



  • Entry Level  [ On-the-job training will be provided ]

  • Full-Time [ 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday ]
  • Compensation: Hourly Rate. Opportunity for commissions after 6-months
