Administrative Assistant

Location: New Rochelle, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with suppliers/contractors and communicating with other departments within the company
  • Keeping and maintaining records and files
  • Processing billings and invoices of suppliers and contractors
  • Manage the pre-employment requirements of job applicants
  • Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Receiving and creating transfers
  • Accepting merchandise from manufacturers 

Qualifications:

  • Entry Level - Will train the right candidate
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Possess good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Must be professional and have good job stability

 

Compensation:

  • Dependent upon experience
